Coliza drops is an oral antiflatulent preparation formulated to help relieve trapped gas, bloating, and abdominal discomfort in infants and children. It contains simethicone, which helps gas bubbles combine and pass more easily, together with dill and fennel oils traditionally used for digestive discomfort. It is commonly marketed for infant colic, although evidence for relieving colic is limited.
